White Fish Meuniere is a dish available in Cooking Mama: Cook Off


The French term meunière is one way to cook/prepare a fish. Commonly used for sole, fish would be coated in flour before being fried in butter. For pronunciations, the first e should be silent and the u is pronounced as oo.

  1. Finely chop
  2. Mince
  3. Prepare
  4. Add to the milk
  5. Shake flour
  6. Spread butter
  7. Pan fry
