Tonkatsu is a new recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic.

Tonkatsu is breaded, deep fried pork cutlets, and has become a popular dish in Japanese cuisine. In early history and even now in some parts, there are beef or even fish variations.

Generally one can find it served with thinly shredded up cabbage or Miso Soup.

  6. Pull off the stems!
  7. Slice the cabbage!
