Tokoroten is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama 2.


Tokoroten is a Japanese dish made from substances extracted from seaweed variants by boiling them. They are pressed into a shape or device that then shapes them into noodles when squeezed between the shapes at the bottom. 

While it may resemble gelatin, it is much more firm in texture.

  1. Wash it!
  2. Boil it!
  3. Strain!
  4. Put it in the fridge!
  5. Cut holes in the crust!
  6. Push the tokoroten!

  • Hot Water
  • Vinegar
  • Garnished with sesame seeds
