Smoked Chicken is one of the recipes available in Cooking Mama 5: Bon Appétit!.


Chicken legs cooked via smoking, a culinary technique utilizing the smoke from burning materials such as wood. Besides cooking, smoking provides flavor and color, and can even be done for making preserved foods.

A wide range of food can be used for smoking including meat, fish, vegetables, and cheese. In addition, the material used to create the smoke-in particular, different species of wood, can result in different flavors of smokiness.

  2. Boil it!
  3. Hang them on the string!
  4. Dry them out!
  5. Hang it in the smoker!
  6. Smoke it!


  • Bone-in Chicken Leg
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Bay Leaves
  • Black Pepper
  • Served with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and a lettuce leaf
  • Garnished with parsley
