Sliced Burdock Root is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama 2.

This dish is based off of kinpira gobo, a Japanese dish with gobo (burdock root) that uses the cooking style of kinpira (sauteing and simmering). Kinpira cooking typically uses root vegetables, soy sauce and mirin (rice wine).

  1. Wash the burdock root!
  2. Cut off flakes!
  3. Dice it into little bits!
  4. Dice it into little bits!
  5. Add them correctly!
  6. Stir fry it!
