Shumai is a new recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic.


Shumai (Pork Dumplings) is a Chinese dumpling often found served in dim sum. They are quite common in American-Chinese and Cantonese restaurants, coming in many variants in other parts of the world.

  1. Grind the meat!
  2. Chop it!
  3. Grate it!
  4. Add the ingredients!
  5. Knead it!
  6. Roll it into a ball!
  7. Wash the sticky rice!
  8. Cover with sticky rice!
  9. Steam it!
