Sōmen Noodles is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama Lets Cook!


Sōmen are thin, white noodles made with wheat flour. They are served chilled and are usually done so with ice in the summer. A popular variant is the Nagashi Somen Noodles, in which the noodles are run down on a bamboo flume full of cold water.

  1. Grate it!
  2. Pull off the stems!
  3. Open the can!
  4. Boil the Sōmen noodles!
  5. Put it in the strainer!
  6. Break the ice!
