Rice Cakes are a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama.

This recipe is based off of mochi, a Japanese rice cake that consists of glutinous rice pounded into a solid, but soft shape. Sometimes an edible filling can be placed inside, like a piece of meat, vegetable, fruit, or sauce. It is pounded with a special wooden mallet to make it chewier and softer.

In this game, the player can make Rice Cake in Soybean flour, which is based off of kinako mochi, mochi with roasted soybean flour.
