Rice Balls are a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama.
Info
A rice ball (onigiri in Japanese) is a ball of rice, as the name implies. Sometimes it has a filling (usually pickled-plum) and/or a wrap of seaweed.
In Cooking Mama: World Kitchen, one of the recipes is Rice Balls in Azuki Bean Paste, which is actually different from onigiri. This sweet has two names: botamochi and ohagi, and are eaten at spring and autumn, respectively. This recipe is simply sweet rice wrapped around in a bean paste made from azuki beans, a common ingredient used in Japanese confectionery.
