Nougat is a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop.

Nougats are a variety of candies typically made with a whipped egg whites, sugar/honey, and nuts, producing a chewy substance. There are many types of nougats, and one in particular, a chocolate malt nougat without nuts, is used for some well-known chocolate candy bars in the U.S.

The nougat in Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop is based off of torrone nougat, the most common white nougat variety.

Recipe Edit

  1. Shell the peanuts!
  2. Break the nuts!
  3. Stir fry it lightly!
  4. Heat it!
  5. Make syrup!
  6. Mix it with the blender!
  7. Add them in order!
