Nikujaga Soup is a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 5: Bon Appétit!

Info

Nikujaga is a stew consisting of meat, potatoes, and vegetables, being one of the few popular dishes in Japan. This dish was invented as an attempt to create a Japanese variation of the western beef stew, but either pork or beef can be used for nikujaga.

  1. Remove the potato sprouts!
  2. Peel the skin!
  3. Cut the ingredients!
  4. Use the slicer!
  5. Stir fry it!
  6. Remove the scum!
  7. Season it!
  8. Serve with the ladle!
