A cake or tart base filled with whipped cream and pureed chestnuts. Topped with Marron Glace.

  1. Peel the chestnut!
  2. Crush while boiling!
  3. Strain it!
  4. Whisk it!
  5. Squeeze it!
  6. Squeeze out marron cream!
  7. Place it on top!
