Miso Soup is one of the dishes introduced in the very first Cooking Mama.

Info

Miso soup is made with dashi, a stock made of kelp and bonito flakes that is a staple to Japanese cuisine, and a fermented soybean paste known as miso. The dashi softens the miso, making it the perfect texture for the soup. It is an important part of Japanese cuisine and culture, and therefore is very popular in Japanese restaurants.
