Minestrone is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama: Cook Off.

A thick soup of Italian origin that is often made with vegetables and the addition of rice or noodles. Other ingredients include carrot, bean, stock, onion, or celery. Although it is by nature, a vegetable-based soup, there exists variations where meat can be added.

Unlike most dishes, there isn't a specific set recipe for this special soup, as it is normally made with whatever vegetables are in season at the time. Some like to argue however that for a genuine minestrone soup, one should use Roman beans.
