Minced Pork Steak is one of the dishes first introduced in the very first Cooking Mama.


Known in Japan as menchi-katsu, this recipe consists of a deep-fried steak made from minced pork, similar to croquettes.

This recipe is unlocked through Salisbury Steak.

  2. Slice!
  3. Chop up!
  4. Melt the butter!
  5. Saute!
  6. Add the ingredients!
  7. Knead!
  8. Make shape!
  9. Coat various foods!
  10. Roll in the coating!
  11. Deep fry!
