Marron glace is a French-Italian confectionery composed of chestnuts candied in sugar syrup and then glazed. However, some prefer eating it without the glaze.

  1. Remove it!
  2. Peel the chestnut!
  3. Remove the scum!
  4. Put it in the strainer!
  5. Stir it!
  6. Fill the jar!

  • Brandy
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Garnished with mint
