Mapo Tofu is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama: Cook Off.


A popular Chinese dish made from combining tofu and putting it into a spicy chili or bean based sauce. Some like to add meat, water chestnuts, and/or onions to the mixture. This is a dish from the Sichuan province, a region famed for its pungent and spicy dishes.

  1. Finely chop!
  2. Cut up into pieces!
  3. Make finely minced meat!
  4. Stir fry!
  5. Stew!


  • Pork
  • Spring Onion
  • Tofu
  • Spicy Miso Bean Sauce (Doubanjiang, a Chinese paste of soybeans and chilies)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Red Chili Paste (Gochujang, a Korean fermented chili paste)
  • Potato Starch

  2. Mince it!
  3. Slice it up!
  4. Stir fry it well!
