Lobster Thermidor is a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 5: Bon Appétit!

Info Edit

Lobster Thermidor is a French dish consisting of a lobster shell stuffed with a creamy filling that contains lobster meat. The dish may come with a browned cheese crust similar to the procedures used for gratin. Due to the cost of the ingredients and the amount of preparation required to make this dish, this is not your everyday meal and is usually reserved for special events.

In Cooking Mama 5, while you are making what's described as "white sauce" (Béchamel) for the lobster filling, the addition of Parmesan cheese makes the sauce more likely to resemble Mornay sauce, a white and creamy cheese sauce that has been paired with lobster on many occasions.
