Heart Ganache is a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama Let's Cook!


Ganache is a French chocolate confection that can be utilized in different consistencies including icing, frosting, and filling. To celebrate Valentine's Day in Cooking Mama Let's Cook!, ganache is molded into a heart shape with a cracker base.

Ganache is made by heating cream to a certain temperature before gently melting chocolate in the cream and stirred. This process ensures that the chocolate and cream combine together without causing it to seize, which could turn the chocolate into a clumpy, grainy mess. Butter is typically added to the mixture to add luster and smoothness.
