Grilled Bonito is a dish available in Cooking Mama: Cook Off.
Bonito, also known as skipjack tuna, is a fish that serves as a staple to Japan. It can be used to make katsuobushi, dried flakes of bonito which in turn, is a main ingredient to dashi, a soup stock that is fundamental to Japanese cuisine.
Here, in Cooking Mama: Cook Off, the bonito is prepared tataki style, which includes searing the fish over a hot flame and serving with a ginger paste.
