Galacian Style Octopus is a dish available in Cooking Mama: Cook Off.

This dish is based off of Pulpo á feira, a famous dish in Galicia, a region in northwestern Spain. The octopus tentacles are blanched several times in boiling water before it is actually boiled. The tentacles are sliced afterwards and is seasoned with salt, paprika, and olive oil.
