Flower Bavarois is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama Lets Cook!


Bavarois, otherwise known as Bavarian cream, is a dessert similar to the Italian panna cotta. It is made by setting a pastry cream mixture with gelatin before it is unmolded and served. In this case, this recipe uses two layers: one with cream and the other with edible flowers set in gelatin.

  2. Whisk it!
  3. Add the petals!
  4. Pour it!
  5. Chill it in the fridge!
  6. Remove it!
