Crab rangoons are deep-fried dumplings often served in American-Chinese, and recently, Thai restaurants. They are normally made up of crab meat and sometimes additions like cream cheese or scallions wrapped in wonton skin/wrappers.
Some refer to crab rangoon as crab puffs.
