Info Edit

Farfalle is a type of pasta well known for its bowtie shape. Genovese is a pasta style in which pasta is cooked with pesto, a sauce made from basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and cheese. The term genovese comes from pesto's complete name, pesto alla genovese, due to the fact that it originated from Genoa, Italy.
