Egg Tofu is a dish available in Cooking Mama 3: Shop & Chop.

Egg tofu is an item that can be cooked eaten as is, or used as an ingredient in a dish. It is a mixture of eggs and stock that is steamed in the same way as Savory Egg Custard.

Despite what its name suggest, egg tofu does not contain soybeans or tofu and is only named so due to its texture and molded shape. It shares this status with Almond Jelly, which is also referred to as a "tofu" in Japan.

  1. Break it carefully!
  2. Put it in correctly!
  3. Mix it!
  4. Put it in a bowl!
  5. Steam it!
  6. Chill it in the fridge!
  7. Pop it out!

  • Garnished with kinome, the leaf of the Japanese pepper plant
