Eclairs are a dish available in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen


An Éclair is a French oblong pastry composed of dough filled with whipped cream or pastry cream and then topped with melted chocolate. The dough used for éclairs is choux pastry, a moist dough also used in cream puffs and churros.
