Duck a l'Orange is a recipe introduced in Cooking Mama 5: Bon Appétit!

Info Edit

Duck a l'Orange is a French dish where duck is served with an orange sauce. Although there claims of this dish originating in Italy, modern times have now associated the pairing of orange to duck as a French style of cooking. The acidity of the orange sauce is meant to complement duck breast, whose meat is notably fattier than other poultry breasts.
