Cotoletta is a dish made in Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends.


A cotoletta is an Italain fried cutlet traditionally made from veal that is seasoned and breaded. This recipe is very similar to tonkatsu and other dishes that involves frying cutlets of meat.

Its full name in Italian is cotoletta alla milanese in that this dish's origin is from Milan, Italy.

  4. Grate it!
  5. Coat with batter!
  6. Cover in breadcrumbs!
  7. Cut holes in the crust!
  8. Grill it!
  9. Arrange the food!
