Info Edit

Cod sauté does not appear to be based off of any dish in particular. Sauté is a method of cooking that uses a little bit of fat and high heat in a shallow pan, such as a skillet. This is a quick and effective way to cook food and achieve browning. Some food that are sauteed, namely meat, can leave a residue in the pan that can be used as a sauce when deglazed.
