Cocktail Juice is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen.

Cocktails are simply mixed drinks consisting of various ingredients, usually at a minimum of three. While cocktails are alcoholic in nature, there exists non-alcoholic variations described as "mocktails". The purpose of mocktails is to include a visually appealing and glamorous alternative to generic soft drinks. In the Cooking Mama series, one can make a fruity, non-alcoholic cocktail juice with fruit syrups serving as the base.

This particular recipe resembles the Cinderella, which uses the same type of juices. The Cinderella has been previously made in Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends.
