Cooking Mama: World Kitchen

Chirashi-zushi is a dish available in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen

Chirashi-zushi basically translates as "scattered sushi". Chirashi-zushi is highly creative because there is no set recipe for it, making it less fussy to make. The style of chirshi-zushi varies between the regions of Japan; in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen, you can make a Kansai-style gomokuzushi, in which cooked rice is mixed with carrots and shiitake mushrooms, before toppings are added on top.
