Chinese Sliced Noodles are a dish made in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen


This recipe first made its appearance in Cooking Mama: Cook Off under the name Chow Mein. It is based off a noodle dish known as dāo xiāo miàn (Chinese for knife sliced/peeled noodles), in which noodle dough is formed into a loaf and is shaved into boiling water. The noodles would be served as a noodle soup with broth.

  1. Dice it into little bits!
  2. Slice up!
  3. Boil it!
  4. Add the ingredients!
  5. Knead it!
  6. Cut the noodles!

  • Deep-fried Tofu
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Flour
  • Garnished with coriander leaves
