Chinese Sliced Noodles are a dish made in Cooking Mama: World Kitchen


This recipe first made its appearance in Cooking Mama: Cook Off under the name Chow Mein. It is based off a noodle dish known as daoxiaomian (Chinese for knife sliced/peeled noodles), in which noodle dough is formed into a loaf and is shaved into boiling water. The noodles would be served as a noodle soup with broth.

  2. Slice
  3. Boil
  4. Add ingredients
  5. Knead
  6. Cut the noodles

  • Deep-fried tofu
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Flour
  • Garnished with coriander leaves
