Brochette is a dish available in Cooking Mama: Cook Off.


A French term meaning to grill or cook things using a brochette, or a skewer. Though this term is specific only to France, it is no different from shish kebabs and other grilling techniques that uses skewers. Here in Cooking Mama: Cook Off, thin slices of meat are wrapped around vegetables before being skewered and grilled.

  5. Place on a stick!
