Eggs cooked in salted water. They are then de-shelled and eaten as is, or cut and added to recipes. By soaking the egg in sauce or liquid, it can take in the flavor. It can also be pickled or stored away for several years, or even be cooked naturally throw a sauna.
As a bonus, submerge your boiled egg in ice water after cooking to produce a clean yellow yolk without any green tint.
