Almond Jelly is a dish introduced in Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends.


Also known as almond pudding and almond tofu, almond jelly is a popular dessert in most Asian cultures. It can often be found in dim-sum restaurants worldwide and is commonly garnished with wolf berries.

Sometimes the name can be misleading, as it is often prepared with apricot kernels, not almond. It is most likely called almond jelly because it tastes like almonds, not because it uses them. The dish doesn't use soy beans either, but they do have a similar consistency.
